Miner acquires GP Rhino Services of Orlando

(San Antonio, Texas & Orlando, Florida) The Miner Corporation affiliate Miner Florida, Ltd. today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire GP Rhino Services & Associates of Orlando, Florida, to expand its expertise into the security and access controls market segment, which includes custom gates and fencing for commercial developments throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Established in 2001 as a family owned and operated business, GP Rhino is a leading provider of essential facilities maintenance services ranging from custom gates, fencing and entry systems to commercial doors and truck loading dock equipment. A company focused on service quality and integrity, GP Rhino brings an established base of regional and national customers along with a team of dedicated service professionals.

This is the second acquisition in the past month for Miner Holding Company, which consists of the six U.S. offices of The Miner Corporation and also Miner Fleet Management Group. In late June, Miner Fleet Management acquired United States Emergency Glass Services for an expansion into repair and planned maintenance of commercial glass doors and other glass services.
