Miner Gains Talent to Fuel Growth

Miner Holding Company is pleased to announce the addition of two key sales and marketing executives. Mr. Paul Davi has joined Miner's national service company, Miner Fleet Management Group, as its Vice President of National Programs while Mr. Bob Flecken has joined Miner's regional distribution company, The Miner Corporation, as its Director of Service Sales & Marketing.
The announcement was made by Miner Holding Company’s Chairman, Phil Miner. According to Jeff Schmeck, President of Miner Fleet Management Group, “The acquisition of key talent is critical to our continued growth track. While our two organizations have achieved significant historical growth, execution of our strategic plan will require the addition of key talent."
So Miner set out to build that team - a team that would bring additional experience and proven performance to fuel the company's continued growth.
Paul Davi will be responsible for building relationships with key personnel at Fortune 500 class companies across North America for Miner Fleet Management Group. Prior to joining Miner Fleet, Paul was the Vice President for Industrial and Manufacturing Services for Oakleaf, a waste and recycling company serving businesses throughout North America. At Oakleaf, he managed national sales executives in a 22 state region and was the top revenue producer. He has a strong history of cultivating and maintaining long term relationships with executive level decision makers. Paul is a graduate of California State University in Sacramento, CA, where he received his Bachelor of Science, Business Administration – Marketing degree.
Bob Flecken will be responsible for growing the repair service and planned maintenance business for The Miner Corporation. In his previous role, Bob led the Arizona operations for Vortex Industries, a Western U.S. door repair company. He grew the operation to 17 service vehicles in three locations. According to David Janssen, President & CEO of The Miner Corporation, “Bob is intimately familiar with the service side of our business. His experience in building and growing a door service company will help us expand our presence in this multi-billion dollar market.”
Davi and Flecken are the most recent key hires for Miner. In late 2009, Paul Verrochi joined Miner Fleet Management Group as Partner.
